Shipping Policy

The days and times listed below estimate the number of business days it will take for stock merchandise to be shipped from Yin Yang Cosmetics Inc and delivered to you. In some cases, merchandise may actually ship earlier than expected. When you choose 2nd Day and Overnight delivery, we’ll expedite processing in our warehouse and then select the shipping carrier and method designed to meet the stated delivery. Note that business days are Monday thru Friday, not including holidays. Also, shipping to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses must be shipped via United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped 2nd day or Overnight. *Most orders with overnight or 2nd day service will be shipped the same day if placed by 3:00PM ET.

Return Policy

Yin Yang Cosmetics.com will accept returns on any unused and unopened items within 20 days of receipt. For hygienic reasons, to ensure the purity of our products we do not accept returns on opened or used merchandise. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable and that return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility except in the case of carrier damage or an error by Yin Yang Cosmetics.com.

Damages

Any claims for carrier damaged items must be submitted to our Customer Service within 5 business days after receipt of your delivery. Yin Yang Cosmetics.com can not be responsible for, nor issue a refund for any carrier damaged goods if notified more than 5 business days after the date of delivery. To ensure a prompt resolution to your situation, please keep the box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Any refund or re-ship will be processed following inspection of the product. Yin Yang Cosmetics.com will refund your shipping charges for items that were damaged in transit.

Exchanges

We regret that we do not offer exchanges on returned products at this time. Your new item must be purchased through a new transaction.
